uninterrupted operation of all systems to support aggressive processing volume.

and hiring and team building during HOBSON CRM implementation for PeopleSoft.

Project : Travel and Expense Module implementation (ver 8.9) (2006 to 2007)

Travel and Expense Module implementation at UW’s Madison campus is designed to support more

than 16, 000 employees campus wide.

• Managing, designing and implementing T&E module with specific expertise regarding PeopleSoft.

• Extensively involved with the project analysis, all fit-gap analysis, and implementation planning

including customizations. Experience in full software development life-cycle practices required for

PeopleSoft Travel and Expense module.

• Hands-on experience writing Technical specs, SQL/SQR/Crystal Report, PeopleCode, PS system

architecture and administration, PS Integration Technologies (Integration Broker, Component Interfaces,

Service-Oriented Architecture), and PS Security.

• Worked heavily with the configuration of Travel and Expense module including Integration Broker

setup for 8.9, Workflow configuration and other general setup.

• Involved with the PeopleSoft patches, bundles, including backing up all the modifications to re-

apply after the patch is applied.

Project: Developed a bolt-on application for UW’s Tax system

Project lead and architect for designing a bolt-on Tax (1099/1042) application system written in

PeopleSoft application development environment using SQR/ Peoplecode and other application tools

of Application designer. Tax 1099/1042 is a bolt-on system built in for UW and its campuses to

support more than 25,000 customers.

Extensively involved with the project analysis, all fit-gap analysis, and implementation planning

including development efforts.

• Executed complete life cycle development for the Tax1099/1042 processing and reporting bolt-on

system, including gathering technical requirement, building pages/components, Peoplecode online

validation, 1099 reports and processing logic written in SQR. The Tax1099/1042 bolt on system creates

several reports, based on edits performed with respect to IRS publication, to make the data corrections

and cross check the summarized data. The system creates 1099/1042 file for the IRS submission

• Managing users/customers of UW campuses to process the 1099 process which included:

Production Support.

Implement Test plan to check data accuracy.

Process tax data file for submission to IRS through “FIRE System”.

Project: Upgrade/Customization of PeopleSoft Financials 7.5 to 8.8

I was involved with the project analysis, fit-gap analysis, and implementation planning including

customizations for the upgrade. We made a successful upgrade to 8.8 ver.

• Developed a custom journal upload program that load Journals for all the Business Units with

cash offsets from a flat file.

• Developed customized pages and wrote PeopleCode for above all the journal upload program to

include File Attachment Functionality. Designed and coded custom Application Engine program to

interface transactions from legacy into Projects via component interface.

Project: AP Combo Edit program for Madison Campus

UW has more detailed funding edit needs than Peoplesoft’s combo edit can support. I was

responsible to analyze, gather requirement and writing a bolt-on application for users.

Involved with the project analysis, all fit-gap analysis, and implementation planning including

development effort for the AP Edit.

TELEGROUP INC., PRIMUS TELECOM – Fairfield, IA 1996 to 2004

Project: Financial Implementation/Data Conversion Project

The project involved data conversions from legacy system (Filemaker) to PeopleSoft. I was

responsible for conversions of all Filemaker databases to PeopleSoft, verify and validate data in

PeopleSoft The project involved intense development with a team for AR implementation including

App Designer, Writing SQR, Crystal Report, PeopleCode and testing various customization.

• Design & Development of data conversion programs to facilitate the transfer data from legacy

system (Filemaker) to the PS 7.01 using SQR/SQL Programming.

• Extensive interaction with PeopleSoft functional users and legacy experts.

• Involvement in parallel testing of the Application and user acceptance testing. This involved

working within the module with functional users to test the validity of the converted data.

• Managed Quality Assurance area for billing in Telecommunication. Received an award for

achievement on correcting billing issues, saving company significant financial amount.
