$150-Million defense contractor providing training support services to

international organizations. 6,000 temporary employees, 2,000 full-time

employees

General Manager, Southern California Region

Reported to the CEO. Responsible for managing a training business line,

$75-Million in value. Focused on personnel performance management and

customer satisfaction. Duties included: Staffing, organizational

structure development, coordination of corporate support solutions.

Responsible for maintaining the highest customer satisfaction and meeting

contractual requirements. Managed 8 direct reports and 100 indirect

reports. Directed the contract portfolio, reduced operating expenses.

. Human Resources Alaska processes were completely different than

Twentynine Palms, California; Result: Standardized all Human

Resources processes and procedures.

. Sourced and managed the ISO Consultant; Result: Company attained ISO
