preparation for the 787-10. Providing future capability to reduce
factory cycle time with dual line capacity and reduce additional delta
flow required for 787-10 minor model introduction.

build ahead inventory and safety stock inventory on the Boeing South
Carolina Site by optimizing current site factory footprint for space

. Enhanced FA daily factory metrics by tailoring the data to fit the
needs of first line managers to director level leadership. FA SME for

reporting.
. Designed the content, layout and was the SME for the factory airline
customer meeting for FA and continually worked with Boeing customer
representatives to assess the customers' needs.
. Developed and was the SME for quality metrics used at the Quality CAB
meeting which reduced nonconformance's by 40% in 2012.
. Provided Sr Management with detailed information to effectively manage
overhead labor hour's budget for FA. Worked hand in hand with finance
to develop a budget for each task, based on resource assumptions which
resulted in providing visibility to inaccurate charging which we were
then able to improve in the future.

mechanic and support OT on a standard operating rhythm. Prior to these
reports, this level and turnaround of OT reporting was not possible at
FA BSC.

tools, market trend data and parametric models on Apache helicopter
suppliers which optimize the fee for the program.
. Works with suppliers to manage operating expenses by reducing the
amount of sole source procurement efforts on the Apache program by
incentivizing suppliers to go out for competitive quotes.
. Worked with Senior Leadership in Finance, Program Management and
Supplier Management on a project that developed a supplier proposal
tracking tool that drastically improved the cycle times of procuring
parts and is currently being adopted BDS wide.

. Worked with Boeing suppliers on a $50 million unsolicited proposal for
tooling to the Department of Defense (DoD) to ensure rate readiness of
a scheduled ramp up of production to 10 Apache helicopters per month
in 2012 and created program acquisition milestones.
. Worked with Boeing Executives in conducting strategic market reviews
to help determine where Boeing should deploy its assets to gain new
business, which led to Boeing signing two international customers each
with orders over $75 million.
Boeing, Procurement Cost Analyst, Material Estimating, Procurement
Financial Analysis, Mesa, AZ 2009 - 2010
. Created BESM (Boeing Estimating Systems Manual) compliant material
estimate for Mesa's $117 million antenna's and wires proposal in 20
days for the Navy's acquisition of 124 F/A-18 aircrafts, saving 40
days of proposal prep time compared to the average epic proposal.
. Worked on 70 material estimates in all stages of the proposal process
(initial estimates, pre-sweeps, post-sweeps, recorded cost estimates,
debit/credit estimates) ranging from different platforms such as
Apache, F/A-18, C-17, F-15 & others.
. Led a team that streamlined the material estimating process by
creating a sole source excel document that leaned out manual effort
with the use of macros and formula's saving proposal prep time for
proposals.
Boeing, Business and Planning Analyst, Business Operations, Corpus Christi
Army Depot (CCAD), Mesa, AZ 2008 - 2009
. Performed quarterly and miscellaneous EACs for the $500 million CCAD
Apache and Chinook programs.
. Led a cross functional team composed of Program Management, Contracts,
Engineering and Quality Assurance to reduce the amount of excess
inventory on the CCAD contract by selling it to other Apache programs
at a discount rate which decreased the liabilities on the CCAD
contract while reducing cost on other Apache contracts.
. Program Finance lead in establishing $5.2 million Joint Recovery and
Delivery Systems (JRaDS) contract where I baselined the contract in
half the allotted time, performed beyond the customers' expectations
receiving an additional $2.1 million follow-on contract with a long
range business plan to grow the program over $20 million. .

. Graduated from the Business Skills Rotation Program (BSRP) that
contributes to the BDS Finance strategy to Develop the Finance Team by
exposing new employees to various finance disciplines early in their
