Prime responsibilities were to include Customer Service, Budnet
Coordinator, Dispatcher and Credit Authorization. Distribute daily, weekly,
monthly, quarterly and yearly reports. Set up new accounts with credit
status. Overview of customer accounts to determine credit status during
delivery. Dispatch drivers with any issues that may arise (invoicing, stock
availability and delivery). Account maintenance for Sales and Credit
Department. Invoicing for all departments included samples, billing
suppliers, sales staff, customers and Operations Department. Nextel
included billing within the departments and sales staff, stock, repair,
inventory, programming, and maintenance. In charge of Palm Pilots which
include inventory, repair, programming and training of its use. Other
duties were to include processing and checking orders at the end of the
day. Handle any other task that may come along such as training
supervisors, sales staff and any other coworker who may need my assistance
in learning our VIP computer system. Managed a budget and ordered supplies
for entire sales staff. Headed meeting with Sales Department, suppliers,
vendors, office staff and Customers. Supervise Customer Service
Representatives to insure proper work ethics and everyday demeanor in
providing the highest level of customer service.
