POSITION OF RESPONSIBILITIES HELD
From October 2013 to June 2014 - As “Process Controller” with “Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Limited” actively
participated in Audit and ensure the implementation of quality policies at shop floor as per kraft standards.
Implemented the whole set of ISO/HACCP/GMP/FSMS and Quality policies & procedures in the Company.
Responsibilities
To compiling all data related with score card, reviewing and updating of documents and provides feedback to Quality
Manager.
Carry out & Review FSMS study as and when required so as to identify potential food safety risks.
To carry out trend analysis / review of key quality processes on monthly basis and advice adequate actions to QA
Manager for effectively implementation.
Preparation of standard operating procedures and reviewing the same as per requirements
To Coordination with Q.A. Manager in quality management system implementation process and ensure existing and
new quality initiatives like Risk Management, HACCP,QMS & ISO22000 etc. are effectively established and sustained.
To solve online quality issues and support the process without affecting the business managing quality requirements.
Incorporation of the regulatory requirements into the process specifications to meet the regulatory standards.
To perform Process & Equipment Verification’s and report the same as per QMS requirements.
To perform and approve area/ line clearance process and ensure the process is followed as per standards.
Handling of Deviations, Out of specifications and implementation of corrective & preventive actions.
To approve and ensure rework / offline activities being carried out during shift are as per approved procedure.
Calibration of process & Lab. Equipment as per frequency
To ensure that all external calibration of QA equipments and external testing plan is being followed at site.
To facilitate GMP compliance and monitor effectiveness of personnel hygiene & change regime etc.
Training to QA staffs and Workers on Food Safety, HACCP, Personal Hygiene and Allergens.
