• Six Sigma Project for Elimination of Chipboard in Step Cure area with savings of $65,000 USD.
• Participate in the process to Transfer 5 production cells from Elizabethtown, KY Plant to Toluca facility, including 2 Specialized Cells for Small
Industrial Micro V belts and Flat Belts for Industrial OEM and aftermarket products, and 3 cells of molded belts, one for Notched Belts, RVS Belts and
Industrial Molded Micro V belts for Industrial OEM and aftermarket products as well.
• Rubber Compounder.

• Rubber compounding in Z Expansion Project for Fluid Power Division.
• Responsibilities: development of new materials, rubber compounding as: natural rubber, EPDM, SBR-butadiene, chloroprene, epichlorohidrines.
