D ual Responsibilities include Production Manager along with Tool and Die

Supervisor. Instrumental in the merger of two divisions with a direct impact of “On

T ime Shipments” improving from 56% to 98% currently. Responsible for 25 hourly

manufacturing employees, 1 salaried and 2 hourly employees in Tool and Die

department. Responsible for hiring, t raining, corrective action, production

scheduling. Active role in meeting production deadlines, maintenance of shop

mat rix, compiling bucket reports and performance measurements. Directly

accountable for payroll. Daily in teraction with outside vendors requesting quotes

on Tool and Die parts and service contracts.

Instrumental in improved efficiencies and sheet utilization resulting in substantial

cost savings in labor and raw material. L inked CNC computers to improve

scheduling and to assist manufacturing with the streamlining the processes from

p rogramming to manufacturing completion.

Spent years in the daily operation performing multiple duties including shipping,

set up and operation of CNC punch presses, brake presses, shears, automatic punch

p ress, stamping, welding, and spot welding. Extensive t rouble shooting on

automatic punch ( stamping) presses and progressive dies. Seventeen years

operating, setup, and t raining of stamping presses. D uties included t raining

employees on all of the above. Performed all t raining on the programming

f unctions.
