Grace Centers of Hope Store Manager 2010 to present Waterford, MI

Responsible for overseeing the thrift store operations. This includes inspecting and processing

all clothing, household goods, furniture, electronics, jewelry and toys. Daily numbers on all

processed merchandise are recorded. Monthly budget numbers are projected and goals put in

place to insure the store’s revenue meets the budget requirements. Cleanliness and safety

standards are also enforced. Additional job criteria is hiring and training for crew and

management positions.

McDonald’s Corporation Supervisor 1985 to 2010 Waterford, MI

Responsibilities include overseeing 2 locations with a total annual revenue of

3.4 million dollars. Monitoring all areas of QSC, training, management development, supporting

and implementing local and national promotions and obtaining feedback from a regular

customer base. Other duties included are providing P and L projections, troubleshooting any

areas of opportunity and formulating action plans that are communicated to both management

teams. In addition, quarterly reviews for crew and management teams are completed and

presented to all individuals.
