. Assisted in training and ongoing support for new trainees.

B2B Appointment Setting/Business Development Agent
. My responsibilities are to set up appointments for clients to meet
with prospective clients. Appointments for face to face, phone, webinars
and events.
. As some of the day to day calling activities I set up appointments.
I have done information gathering projects. I utilize online research tools
to find the appropriate contact if they are no longer available or contact
name unavailable. Using various techniques to get past the gate keeper to
get to the appropriate contact. I contact various titles within the
company including C-Level, Directors, Managers and Owners.
. Campaigns vary from CRM - data entry, data base updating, filling out
forms, for one campaign we filled out a 2-3 page report, researching
contact information (emails, titles, names, addresses),sending information
emails, sending reminder invites per email and follow up emails.
. Assisted in training on various campaigns.
. Extensive work with Fortune 500, Midsized Companies, Startups.
Finding strong opportunities for the clients in Technology (SaaS, Cloud
Computing, Software, Hardware & Services) Medical Equipment, Logistics,
Safety, Insurance, Education, Hospitality, Retail, etc... Some campaigns
I've called to Canada and Great Britain.
