program for the Puerto Rico Department of Housing ($100 Million) that
included residential buildings, community centers and associated
infrastructure.
. Managed and inspected the construction of the Raymond Dalmau Coliseum
in Quebradillas, PR and the construction of the Multi-use Coliseum in
Aguada, PR. The total costs of these projects are $20 Million and $14
Million, respectively.
. Inspected the Las Delicias Water Treatment Plant Compliance
Improvements in Ciales, PR. The total cost of this project is $3.7
Million.
. Performed general Project Management tasks that include: conduction of
progress meetings, monthly and weekly reports, status reports, budget
management and change orders.
. Performed inspection tasks that include: utilities inspection, steel
inspection, concrete works inspection, water treatment plant
