Scope:

Vehicle Information Management (VIM) is the source of information for progressing vehicles along the vehicle lifecycle

from ordering to delivery to a dealer and then onto a customer. It provides the ability for the business to identify within a

point in time where the vehicle is in its lifecycle. It is able to assist the Retailers in providing a delivery date to a customer

for a vehicle.

VIM is a three tier Architectural app Presentation Layer (VIM Client), Business Process Layer (VIM Middle Tier) and Data

Layer which is Ingress II Database.

There are more than 180 batch jobs that process data into and out of VIM. The number of business transactions run in a

day through VIM is huge and is anywhere between 20,000 and 30,000. About 90% of the business transactions occur

through Batch Processing and 10% through Online.

Batch Jobs configured in CA Unicenter, which is a scheduling tool for timely process.

MIBC(Marketing Image Bank Configurator)

The project involved handling Enterprise Banking Treasury Forex which is a product for Treasury Branches. The package

mainly deals with Inter Bank Forex Deals like Outright, Swap Deals, Merchant Forward Deals, Lending and Borrowings.

System architecture is like that the Deals, which are punched by the CTOs, or by dealers in front office are pulled out in

Back office and authorized by the managers/officers. NRI deposits and withdrawals and loans are carried in the FCNR

module. Reconciling the Nostro Statements sent by the foreign banks with the mirror generated for the corresponding

manifolds sent by the Branches.

It involves constructing programs based on Program Specifications, as per applicable language Standards & designing,
