Support theatrical productions through the design, acquisition and management of costumes.

Collaborate with costume designer, director and production staff to define needs, acquire and

manage costumes required for each production. Responsibilities include:

• Costume Acquisition. Define sourcing strategy for acquisition of costumes and

purchase/negotiation of price for desired costumes. Includes monitoring offerings from

suppliers and matching to specific project needs.

• Inventory Management. Establish and maintain the inventory process to track costumes in

stock and those being utilized in each production. Also process and track inventory rented to

production companies.

• Project Management. Created project management approach to monitor project timelines and

inventory development/acquisition for each production. Develop database for assigning and

tracking costumes for production. Identify source of costumes, timetable, and progress

towards completion for each costume utilized in production.

• Budget Development and Management. Develop budget for each production and track

progress during course of project. Report progress towards budget and projections to

costume designer and director.
