• Inventory Management. Establish and maintain the inventory process to track costumes in

production companies.
• Project Management. Created project management approach to monitor project timelines and
inventory development/acquisition for each production. Develop database for assigning and
tracking costumes for production. Identify source of costumes, timetable, and progress
towards completion for each costume utilized in production.
• Budget Development and Management. Develop budget for each production and track
progress during course of project. Report progress towards budget and projections to
costume designer and director.
