currently a working Licensed Practical nurse with experience of nursing

theory and practice.

I am able to provide licensed nursing services to patients' for instance,

obtain vitals perform treatments, and medication administration, such as,

injections, catheterizing etc... I have nearly five years of experience as

a LPN in a long term care facility, and six years of home health

experience. This will support my social skills and my ability to perform my
