• Responsible for answering heavy incoming telephone calls promptly and provide excellent customer service
• Document important information pertaining to the claim file
• Copying, faxing and filing documents when necessary
• Prepare and send benefit letters and/or correspondence to the employee
• Prioritize and respond to email throughout the day by order of importance
