Job Duties:

• Prepare dentistry instruments by sterilizing

• Set up instrument trays, prepare materials and assist dentist during dental

Position: Claims Assistant

Job Duties:

• Responsible for answering heavy incoming telephone calls promptly and provide excellent customer service

• Document important information pertaining to the claim file

• Copying, faxing and filing documents when necessary

• Prepare and send benefit letters and/or correspondence to the employee

• Prioritize and respond to email throughout the day by order of importance

• Perform special projects as required to achieve deadline

• Pay invoices from providers and issue stop payments on checks if necessary

• Issue disability checks to the employee
