power and data. I was responsible for a 250,000 square foot manufacturing
facility with approximately 700 employees and $60m operating budget
supporting $174m in annual sales. For the Automotive business I was the
interim HR support for 4 months over the HR business for two 200,000 square
feet facilities both totaling together approximately 800 employees. I
coordinated a variety of human resource activities in support of the
manufacturing plant including employee relations, compensation, training
and development, organizational communications, consultation skills and
analytical thinking as well as being effective in presentation and
