RESPONSIBILITIES

. Supervise & coordinate the scheduled production with production

associates in molding and assembly who doing finishing on the part.

. Resolve work related problems jointly with supporting department to

improve the productivity and product quality.

. Workers mapping machine wise and assigning job responsibilities in all

shifts to get productivity and product quality.

. Downtime & Breakdown analysis and countermeasure for effectiveness

jointly with maintenance team.

. On Job Training to Operators & foreman in safety procedures, trouble

shooting, work instruction & company profile

. Adhering production plan 100 % with team involvement.

. Rejection analysis shift wise and countermeasure jointly with cross

functional team to eliminate the rejection.

. RM Yield Improvement by taking trail of part in alternate material.

. Involvement during New Projects to give inputs from production as

learning things gone wrong in last projects.

. New projects mould trial in house and trial feedback to team with inputs

to get quality part with minimum investment.
