MEP Group Leader for an IPD Joint Venture with Google, NBBJ Architects, DPR and
T urner Construction. In a collocated project facility we collaboratively developed an
i ntegrated design and budgeted the feasibility for Google to build a new 1,100,000 sq ft
n ine building campus. This project was placed on hold by the owner.
S MUD Corporation Yard, Sacramento, CA (LEED Platinum, Net Zero Building)
MEP Manager on the new SMUD East Campus-Operations Center in Sacramento. A new
300,000 Sq. Ft. facility and corporate yard that included a 5 story office building. The
P roject has a L EED Platinum certification with a heavy emphasis on renewable energy
sources to achieve N et Zero energy usage.

Provided preconstruction coordination and estimating of a new central plant. The project

P rovided MEP budgeting, and preconstruction services for the new seven-story Women &
Children’s tower; including the relocation of the existing central plant
S tanford Hospital Genetics Laboratory Expansion, Palo Alto, CA
Served as the HVAC Project Manager for t he construction of a new 10,000 sq ft genetics
l aboratory in the existing Stanford Hospital. The project involved extensive coordination
w ith the facilities department and the AHJ (OSHPD).
Precon Northern Inyo Hospital Phase 1, Bishop, CA
