Personal Statement
I'm extremely organized, able to project Manage, creating the strategic plan, marketing, telephone and direct sale communication. I am
creative, a good team player and more importantly I strive on opportunity and have a good work ethic. My employment history to date has
meant that I now have basic knowledge in all aspects of business further helped by working in my parents business’s from an early age.
Employment history outside the family is based on holiday work since 14, where I have been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to
develop a wide knowledge of working hands on with teams in different environments. Last summer I managed to secure an internship at
Sparks agency Shanghai, the most exciting part of being part of the agency for these months was being chosen to see projects through from
start to finish and deliver directly to my Manager Alexandra Beadoux. The only intern to attend the launch of DIESEL’s ‘LOVERDOSE’
Perfume and interact with top executives from the Chinese business community, which gave me great pride and confidence that they felt I
could represent them leaving me to speak with their top clients which included the Clarins Chief executive.
In Newcastle one of the top agencies is e>erything d.fferent and the competition for a place immense, having to put together many projects to
be able to obtain an interview, they liked my work and not only gave me the opportunity to work with them but delayed my start date due to
my working in Shanghai.
The previous year I worked my holidays for the Breadline, I enjoyed my time very much and found the whole experience was really
rewarding being given full responsibility of the Northampton round whilst permanent staff took holiday, I managed to exceed all former sales
on my round consistently by 30% and on one day an increase of 90%. I didn’t think I was selling, listening and delivering customers chosen
sandwiches rather than stocking my van with a selection, when I left and was told what I had achieved, I was of course elated. I have been
offered a permanent role, however, becoming a sandwich lady isn’t a chosen career option I’d like to pursue.
Profile: I am a diligent and passionate individual who relishes challenges and is eager to explore new ventures. I believe myself to be
extremely enthusiastic yet methodical and a good timekeeper. I consider myself self-motivated, a good organiser who can deliver, is bright
and energetic. My friends have described me as a social butterfly.
I am fully competent in photography at all levels from dark room to optimisation and I am seeking an opportunity to work within a dynamic
field.
