supervising.

I was looking the production of Concrete poles. Arrange day to days

Men Power supply for production and taking care of men power

strength.

I also handle the supply of the Produced poles to the deferent sub

divisional offices and direct to whole sale contractors.

I also looked after the stock of raw materials on daily basis and

preparing the daily used stock report. Also handle the inventory of

raw materials. Maintain the supply and demand of Raw materials.

Raw materials also purchase by me.

Handled in the inventory of production and making the daily

production report.

Apart from the production I was handling day to day’s cash. Also

making the cash book.

also make the cash consumption report and mail the all the detail to

in charge.

Making the day to day’s bill, gate pass and EMR and maintain the data

systematically.

Making monthly sale report and making bill accordingly. Also placed

the bill to deferent buyer. Main Buyer is North Guj.Vij.Company.

In addition I also looked after all the banking related work.

I prepare the salary of all the staff and labor and maintain the salary

related all the data systematically.

Did Labor and staff salary every month.

Did Email of all the reports’ like production report, Raw material

consumption report, Raw materials inventory report, labor strength

report, day to day’s cash consumption report, cash a expense

report, Attendance report on daily basis and monthly basis.
