VOiP Project Manager

• Prepared, scheduled, instructed and coordinated the necessary internal and external resources to fulfill the

project activities within the prescribed time frame to ensure project objectives and client expectations are

achieved.

• Ensured the delivery of all equipment including additional phones, expansion modules and headsets.

• Ordered additional POTS lines if applicable for the site

• Reviewed site survey with onsite contact to ensure correct number of phones and expansion modules are

delivered and installed on the night of cutover.
