a. Maintenance and repair of all electrical, maintenance of engines and

Equipment on assigned rig covering caterpillar generators etc., diagnoses

Faults divert and carry out necessary repairs.{Joystick Cyber rig. 1500HP to

3000 hp Rig.Varco, TDs 11SA }

b. Check TDS (Top Drive System) for proper working of A/c Blower Motors, A/c

Drilling Motor, and Hydraulic Pressure motor, also Three month greasing c/out.

c. All three phases & single phase Electrical system handling like connection of

Motors, Generators to all system. All value circuit breaker.

d. Check all lights of Mast LT side & RT side for proper working. Also mud tanks, VFD (Variable frequency Drive) MCC (motor control Cabinet).

e. Repair BOP electrical control and control system.

f. Check VFD physically & cleaning, take time to time reading of different systems,

Like draw-works, VFD temperature, VFD humidity, working Resistance,

Generator Voltage.

h. All pumps motors Physically & Functional Check like, Mud pumps, Draw-works

Motors, Cellar Pumps .with water supply pumps of mud tanks. AGETATOR

Motors and accommodation water supply systems.

j. Prepared Emergency / stand by lights their maintenance, to arrange Chokes

Capsitors, Igniters’, 400 Watt or 250 Watt lamps. Also single points and double

Points electric rods, Electronics Chokes, etc.

m. Have knowledge of understand company’s health safety and environmental (HSE) policy, permit to work system on International standards of Onshore Rigs.
