forecasting and management reporting of a $905 MM budget across 18 finance managers, 50 division directors
and 12 VPs for 250 programs that benefit 20,000 grantees from 175 countries. Supervised 2 full-time staff.
• Responsible for in-depth budget preparation, analysis and management reporting. Presented to
Executive Committee, Budget & Finance Committee and senior management on a monthly,
