1. Costing of product by using ABS (Alloy Blending System).

2. Preparing Monthly Man power Approval Plan on the basis of Productivity.

3. Making the daily & weekly production plan after discussion with, sales & marketing Deptt.

4. Planning of production based on Equipment productivity.

5. Planning of Production & WIP on Shop Floor, equipment wise.

6. Demand Forecasting.

7. Planning of Raw Material on monthly basis then divides it into weekly and daily basis and

preparation of B.O.M.

8. Preparing Management Information Status (MIS) reports like production analysis, cost

analysis, inventory reports, and productivity reports.

9. Monitoring and controlling of Rejection PPM by using Quality Tools (7 Q.C)

10. Co-ordination with purchase Deptt. about shortage to ensure smooth production on daily basis.

11. Reconciliation of raw material with Account Deptt.

12. Keeping the close eye on ITR (Inventory Turn Ratio).

13. Maintaining the safety and quality parameters, TQM,TPM, QMS
