Machinist for three years – I worked in a family owned machine shop from 1993-1996
Precision production in Strongsville Ohio.
Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, schematics, engineering
dispositions, and other verbal and written instructions.
Knowledge of all types of measuring devices (micrometers, cylinder bore, Torque wrenches
etc…
Excellent knowledge of disassembly and assembly of mechanical devices and structures,
drill, shim, install, fit, fasten, align, adjust.
Experienced in performing pre-installation assembly work to accomplish the
installation ofstructural components requiring the use ofproduction and engineering prints to
determine exact locations.

I oversaw all maintenance and repairs, of the buildings, equipment, and vehicles.
It being a startup company, I worked on the installation of their cnc routers that were used to cut out all
the product before assembly. Set up and installed ventilation system, and pneumatic system.

and perform a variety of structural assembly operations, fastener installation, and inspection duties while
working from electronic models, manufacturing specifications, procedures, and instructions. Drill, edge
fill, fit and assemble a variety of detail parts, skins and assemblies. Inspects for proper installations and
integrity. Approves and stamps acceptable assemblies and rejects assemblies not meeting requirements.
Perform delegated Production Accountability duties associated with the processing, verification, quality
auditing and inspection of assemblies, parts and tooling. Maintains necessary documentation and
records.Refers any unusual problems to supervision. Keeps work areas clean and orderly. Performs other
related duties as required.
Currently on the Cell 260 travel team in 88-19. I work down line daily on a variety of repair/rework
jobs, as well as completing unfinished SOI’s. After bringing our own jbs down to record numbers
for our shop. We now work all 88-19 back shop jbs as well as some front shop work.
