PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Manager Catering (Indigo) from Oct'07 till date.

As a Manager catering "Indigo" (inter globe aviation ltd) taking care of in-

flight catering on complete network (National & International).

. Menu planning, inventory, contract with caterer, catering audits,

Logistic, procurement of catering items, quality assurance, and

billing are my major assignments.

. Reporting to Director Operation on day to day catering activity.

AMBASSADOR SKY CHEF (FLIGHT KITCHEN), 1989 TILL October 2007

Joined the organization as Trainee Flight Supervisor and gave

the job from the position of Assistant Operations Manager, was

managing the entire operational aspect of Lufthansa Airlines as Key

Account Manager, and day to day operation department activities.

Assistant Operation Manager, 1997 till Oct'07

I was leading the team of the world famous Airline (LUFTHANSA) as Key

Account Manager; and was handling the entire Logistics, Inventory and

Billing and directly reporting to Frankfurt.

Primary Responsibilities.

. Key Account Management: Responsible for handling the complete

working of Lufthansa Catering on behalf of Lufthansa Airline and

direct reporting to LSG SKY CHEFS in Germany as well to LH station

Manager (Local).

. Operations: Ensuring affective planning and successfully organizes

various areas of operations; optimize available resources to ensure

smooth operations.

. Appraisal: Conduct Performance Appraisals of junior staff to focus

on identification of potentials in the organization to prolong

retention of key performers

. Training: Leading the efforts across staff recruitment, providing

training to new recruits and Technical training to old and

experienced staff to increase organizational efficiency.

. Administrative Functions: Handling the functions across maintaining

logistics and inventory of entire client airline.

Unit on behalf of General Manager; prepare duty rosters for

Officials managing the shift and junior staffs.

. Liaison: Maintaining regular liaison with Airlines Officials and

take care of their requirements and maintain direct liaison with

following departments, F&B, Bond, Production, Accounts and

Finalizing Monthly Bills, and monthly cost reports for all the

Airlines.

. Menu Enhancing / Planning: Planning and enhancing menus in line

with the international standards for Special Flights, Unscheduled

charters, VIP flights Etc.

. Quality: Ensure proper implementation of HACCP and make sure that

the safety and quality of the food and services offered are

compliant as per standards.

supervise, and manage entire operations for each given shift &
