WorkING as a Customer Service Senior Agent (C.S.S.A) for Singapore Airlines (SQ)
Conducting Pre-flight checks of the flight i.e. preparation of the
flight file, Seat Editing, Seat Planning.
I know the function of floor walking, MEET and GREET every
passenger,assisting them to their right queues, distributing
embarkation card & hand carry tags and make sure queues are
properly formed.
As a check-in agent I perform check-in process, the
documentation check, seat assignment and queries of customers
and ensure that all customers are efficiently and correctly handled
and helping them to do all documentation.
Assisting and escorting passengers through immigration, custom
and security. Providing assistance and facilitating passengers in
the lounge. Looking into passengers queries and updating on flight
details.
VIP and special handling – Assisting VIP/CIP’s and important
clients on both arrival and departure.Liaising with immigration,
custom, and security to ensure that prior permission taken to
ensure smooth handling.
I know the function of transit passenger(DT),function of
offloading the passenger,function of manual flight cancellation
flights,delay handling and all the function of departure.
Taking care of Unaccompanied Minor and Young Passenger,
Ensure all documents are collected and checked before takeover
from parents and guardians, Wheel Chair Passengers and
Passengers traveling for the first time and assisting them.
Taking care of Aircraft Interior Cleaning.
CLC –Liaise up with CLC team(loadsheeter) in SIN.pass on the ULD details,EZFW,send pre
alerts,& perform all operational works till the flight departure like LMC OFF,presentingLoad
