Work Experience

Intern at GreenTree building energy Pvt. Ltd. Noida, Working there as Associate consultant- Process; for their

project– “An Investment Grade complete Feasibility study for the production of U-PVC window profiles (Export Grade)

in Bangladesh”, with the thorough study on Technical, Economical and Global market prospects and movements of the

product. My role there includes-

Understanding the Market demand of this product in Bangladesh according to its geography.

Selecting what and how many types of product designs are necessary for the successful running of the plant.

Understanding, designing and reporting the best suitable process accordingly for the production of these

products.

Dealing with national and international dealers to find out the most optimum sources of machines and raw

material, required for the production.

Finally, anticipation of the total revenue generated, payback period and ROI (Return on Investment).

These activities have resulted in the successful completion of the draft plan which has been accepted by the company

and the final report is also near its successful completion.

Projects and Research Work

Academic:

Presented a report and presentation on “Removal and Recovery of Heavy Metals from Industrial Waste

Water” with emphasis on the use of bio-adsorbent (Egg-shells) to make the process as cost friendly as

possible, which helped us in enhancing our understanding about, how even the garbage can be used for some

productive activity and also added a sense of responsibility that being an Engineer, in future how we can add

values to the process by various modifications and use of simple objects. (4th Year, 2014)

Worked on the project “Desalination of (Normal) tap-water by Double Slope Solar Distillation” and by doing

some very small and low cost modifications in the already established unit, we were able to increase the

productivity of the unit by 0.5 liter/Day. ( 4th year, 2013)

Presented a report on “Water treatment plant unit” and studied the complete unit with the calculation of head

loss during transportation of water through steel pipes with centrifugal pump at Varun beverages

(PepsiCo), Noida (2013).

Presented a seminar on Industrial Public Administration in which I described the values and advantages of

applying guidelines and principles by small scale industries to enhance their productivity, taking the example of

POSDCoRB. (2013)

Personal:

Presented an additional report on “Energy conservation opportunities in a soft drink plant” at Varun

beverages (Pepsico), Noida and compared the plant with an ideal plant and also gave them some low cost to

moderate cost but efficient process modifications to save energy during the complete process of bottling and

later on I found that two of those modifications are already being used in their new plants. (2013).

Derived a formula for theoretically finding the height achieved by WATER in a Hollow U -shaped single surface

cutted cylinder. (Performed only with water and plastic as the material of construction of the cylinder.)

Proposed a theory with the use of some classified chemica l properties of proteins, which can be used in

decreasing the intensity of “Tsunami and to control the flood flow.

Summer Training/Internship

Underwent a 4-week vocational training at PEPSICO INDIA LTD (Varun beverages), NOIDA.

Underwent a 15 days training at Shivagarh soap and chemicals Pvt. Ltd, Bulandshahr.

Achievements and Awards

Awarded a 100% scholarship worth INR 4,85,000 in “Adianta school for leadership” and innovation and also

awarded a 3 months fellowship in “Bihar innovation Lab”, funded by Bill and Milinda Gates foundation.(2014)

Attended NCC special cultural camp (2012) for NCC C-Certificate.

Secured 2nd position in literary events in ENCORE, 2012.

Attended NCC special cultural camp (2011) and got selected for Delhi camping for speech competiti on and

passed the exam for NCC B-Certificate.
