My current position as Executive Director, Client Services, with Community Hospitalists requires the
daily management of operations, finances, and activities of both an office staff and several groups of
hospitalist-physicians, to meet the expectations of our clients and achieve positive outcomes for hospital
administrators, physicians, and ultimately, the patients. I am a self-starter with proven analytical and

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Operations/Staff Management
• Developed, implemented and documented policies and workflow procedures for a busy private-
physician practice
• Developed and instituted daily billing procedures, including coding and submission of insurance
claims, follow-up, and troubleshooting for primary care office
• Worked directly with Workers’ Compensation managed-care companies and participating attorneys
• Hired, trained, and supervised the work of an office associate for a primary care office
