All these modules also have interactive animated simple demos appended for

easy understanding on how those processes take place. Had much appreciated

3. Project Cove:

A special set of 3 e-learning modules were being developed for the Change

framework team. Any person who is going to be part of projects must go

through this set of e-learning programs.

3. Compliance Modules:

Created and Developed modules on "Act to Protect", "Treating Customers

Fairly", etc. These programs were mandatory for all the employees.

Project #1 Training Need Analyser

Application on maintaining and distributing the training need analysis of

various departments and to provide the relevant/required programs to the

employees in the Organisation

Project #2 FPS Simulator

FPS(Foreign Payment System), the major processing application for ABN AMRO

Organisation through which all the payment transactions are processed. The

application wholly replicates the real time system.

Project #3 NL Transition - Readiness Package

ABN AMRO, a Netherlands based bank which has been acquired by RBS Group, a

UK based bank. As part of the merger process, new systems replaced the

existing processing systems of ABN AMRO. Hence this readiness package was

created to create awareness and preparedness of staff to the new systems.

Project #4 Knowledge Hub

A Discussion Forum developed to make an interaction among all the

departments in ACES Business Services.
