PROJECTS/SIMULATIONS
Led the implementation of Air Comm Addison’s Quantum Control software. Provided training to our
sales, manufacturing and logistic employees on procedures and policies. The system was implemented
in July, and only affected sales in that month. We currently back on track to meet the year-end goal.
Led a multi-site group in setting up and implementing a multi-site cross-functional training/safety plan
and TPM initiative. With help from both facilities we wrote procedures to streamline training
schedules for employees and extensive safety plans. We also implemented preventative maintenance
schedules and improved running efficiencies for machinery. We are currently 3 years in since
implementation with 0 injuries or accidents, and no major machine outages.
Led the implementation of Air Comm’s kanban system for our number 1 customer. With this
implementation we were able to decrease lead-time of kits by 30% by using JIT methodology and
improved forecasting techniques.
