Description: People Performance Management (PPM) is a web based multi

lingual product which helps various clients to improve their business by

rewarding and recognizing employees who are part of their business success.

Behind the scenes, PPM product was supported by various applications, tools

and services like Winforms, Console apps, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Jobs, etc. PPM

system is tied up with tons of merchants and tied up with bankers like CITI

bank, etc. Using this PPM system, users can redeem their credit points for

gift cards or can do online shopping or can convert the points in to money

value and can transfer the money value to their Debit/Credit cards.

PPM product was delivered to various esteemed clients like Micron,

Hyundai, Bank of America, Progressive, Direct Energy, Abbott (Abbott Vet),

etc. And these clients uses FTP sites to process their different format

files like Participant, Hierarchy, Promotion, Sales, CITI Money

Transfers/Card Expiry/New Card files through SSIS packages and along with

data integrity, custom reports are generated through SSRS.
