I was responsible for 4 units of 325 MW with steam turbines that consisted of systems such as DEH (digital
electro hydraulic controller of 325MW steam turbine),TSI (Turbine supervisory instrumentation-EPRO), HP
& LP Bypass system(Sulzer –AV6),emergency trip system, water treatment plant, air compressors,fire
fighting systems (Notifier), air-conditioning systems, cpp, prp,main & auxiliary cooling tower,fuel oil and
lube oil separators (alfalaval), radiators and heat exchangers.
Main Duties:
• Provided technical support to instrument maintenance activities.
• Prepared repair procedures for instrumentation and control systems.
• Prioritized repair schedules according to the critically of equipments.
• Managed all in-site maintenance activities including troubleshooting, repairing, installation, loop tests,
calibration, commissioning and start up.
• Prepared reports and history of preventive, predictive, daily, shutdown, and overhaul maintenances.
• Prepared spare part list in I&C department.
• Selected new equipments and material based on new specifications.
• Evaluated and estimated projects cost and ensured that engineering practices are in compliance with
