Casa Divine Trading is a close coperation that I formed in 2004 after

various services, viz banking services, internal audit services, recording

services;
*Co-ordination of the Procurement of equipment.
The project was rather extensive and entailed both project and programme
management skills as a number projects were running concurrently in the
same company, with extremely tight deadlines.
Description
My role as the Project Manager was to plan, execute, and finalize projects
according to strict deadlines and within budget. The key functions included
acquiring
resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party
contractors or consultants
in order to deliver various projects according to the approved plan. As
Project Manager I also defined the project's objectives and oversaw quality
control.
Project Duration: The first phase of the project for period of six months.
The second phase took place a year later, and took a period of three
months. In this phase we had to revise policies and procedures, and fine-
tune them to be aligned with the requirements of the entity. We also had to
manage the procurement processes. Cutting Edge Consultants were requested
to provide professional services and to revise and where necessary re-
design processes, policies and co-ordinate procurement processes.
My Responsibilities and deliverables were to :

Training Consultant(facilitator) Creating People Excellence (CPE)
January 2009- July 2009
In 2009 I started consulting for CPE a consultancy within Eskom in
Sasolburg to train their various divisions in Customer Care Service, I
travelled to various Eskom sites to train their professionals in their
synfuels and other divisions in a tailored manner for their unique focus. I
mostly trained their Secunda and Sasolburg staff on an adhoc basis
subcontracted by CPE. The training itself covered topics on leadership
styles, internal and external customers, customer relationship management,
understanding different personality styles, team dynamics, brainstorming
and how to handle difficult customers. I did assesments of the groups I was
training and gave them role playing exercises and had positive feedback in
their implementation of their new skills.
Property Investment Consultant Property Skills September 2009-
March 2010
I decided to venture into the property market and joined property skills as
an investment consultant as this tied in with my previous real
estate/construction/architectural inclinations. my role was to train and
inform interested investors on our products and services and to manage
their property porfolios. We liased with Property developers and bought
properties at cost and made those properties available to our clients as an
investment vehicle, where they would buy to rent out we then procured
qualified renters for them( a letting service) and they ultimately owned
the propertyand could use the colleteral for business and other ventures
and the renter would pay their bond.
Sales Executive Medizone April 2010- October 2010
Medizone is a health spa Marketing business with the potential to pay off
your franchise costs thus allowing you to have your own Medizone business
after reaching a set target, I was a sales executive and purely did it
after reading a book on the importance of learning how to be comfortable
with sales by Kiyosaki and Trump. Most people are intimidated by sales and
this enviroment allowed me to break my comfort zones. In essense I would
contact interested parties, demonstrate how the product/spa works, generate
leads, get recommendations for other potential clients and make the
sale, close the deal and get potential future business from a previous
client. I left Medizone because as much as I enjoyed selling, I did not
want to own a business that was purely sales focused.

giant of Africa, and a few others. My role has been to co-ordinate our
projects and manage them, from identifying potential clients, liasing with
potential buyers/suppliers in and implementing projects to transport wines
from SA to our various customers globally. I also had to direct and manage
project development from beginning to end.We had to work within strict
budgets with tight deadline as products could get destroyed during the
logistics rollout of getting products across to various markets. My role
included:
. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
in collaboration with stakeholders.
. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
. Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely
