Responsibilities.
Project Planning / Management.
1. Preparation of the project execution plans for projects and sub contracts-fabrication yard works
2. Preparation of Procurement plans with proper management of suppiers contract and administration.
3. Development of the project control procedures for monitoring and controlling of the budget, schedule and
project changes.
4. Preparation of the Project Master Schedule inclusive of all deliverables and milestones for Project
Management, Procurement, Construction etc.
5. Preparation of the Cost and Manhour Histograms for proper forecasting.
6. Developing the project CTR plans and WBS development.
7. Establishing planning and project control procedures.
8. Review of Sub-contractors baseline schedules as per the main baseline schedule

Monitoring & Control
1. Update the baseline programme by monitoring and controlling the performance of projects in accordance
with the project requirements and established project deliverables.
2. Prepare Planned Vs Actuals S-Curve (Cost, Duration and Resources) and any deviations that may arise.
3. Review and analyse the critical path based on the actual updates and identify the critical and sub-critical
causes of delay.
4. Advise the PM with regards to the causes of deviation, delay and mitigation measures to recover the
delays.
5. Advise the PM on probable causes of future delays and mitigation measures
6. Monitoring of Sub-contractors fabrication progress of Works, Submittal status (Materials, Shop drawings,
Calculations etc.)
7. Conducting regular meetings with Sub-cons in order to ensure smooth progress on site.
Reporting
1. Prepare Monthly Report to (Planning, Risk, Outstanding Items etc.), Weekly report to be submitted to the
Client and as well assist in the invoice collection process to proper control the project cash flow process.
2. Prepare the Sub-contractor monitoring logs as per the formats.
3. Secure implementation of the DPR, collect progress data and update the master plan .
4. Update the procurement log on a weekly basis.
