Carried out during MBA Jan 2014 to Jan 2015

Prepared a financial report on Focus Mineral Limited, a company listed on Australian Securities

Exchange (ASX), by interpreting and critically evaluating the balance sheet, income statement

and cash flow statement with the help of Horizontal, V ertical, Trend and Ratio analysis. As a

research analyst, thoroughly investigated, both qualitatively and quantitatively, into the

comparative position and performance of the organization to understand the reason for its

negative shareholders return over the past three years.

Prepared a project report on NOKIA, India by evaluating the mission, vision, market share, target

markets and growth trends to find out the key issues being faced by the company. As an advisor,

assisted NOKIA on product positioning and pricing strategies by setting appropriate marketing

objectives, for the forthcoming 12 months, to improve its market positioning.

Performed an analysis on Carrefour’s Structure, Conduct and Performance to identify its

competitive advantages and strategic positioning in the retail industry. This analysis helped to

highlight some major issues in the implementation of the strategies which led to the downfall of

the company.

Prepared a case-based project to assist Mega-Widgets, Australia on recruiting, selecti ng and

transferring staff for international assignments as an international human resource manager.

Prepared a project to elucidate the major reasons of expatriate failure and the importance of

minimizing this failure in international organizations.

Carried out during Engineering Aug 2009 to July 2013

Made a Head Motion Based Wheelchair using an accelerometer, microcontroller and an IR

sensor. This wheelchair was designed to aid people suffering from quadriplegics with head and

neck mobility. These sensors assisted such people in moving by using their head and neck

motions.

Designed and implemented a Robo -Car using robotics technology. The car was locked using

security codes and a correct combination of these codes enabled the car’s movement in f orward

and backward direction.

Prepared a project on the concept, functionality, variations, advantages and limitations of

Bluetooth Technology.
