JOB ROLE:
Recruitment and Responsibilities:
. Recruitments of candidate as per the requirements given by the
particular department head.
. Experienced with End-End Recruitment (Sourcing,
Screening, recruiting, conduction of final round, DOJ finalization
with the particular Dept Head)
. Understanding the Job requirement.
. Search for the appropriate candidates on Job portals and mass
mailing.
. Screening Candidates by telephonic round or face to face interview.
. Recruitment for Pan India basis
. Creating Reports and maintain database or trackers.
. Involved in Releasing final offer and coordinating with the new
joinee till he comes onboard.
. Complete the joining formalities i.e. Documentation, creation of
login id.
Attendance, Payroll, & Salary Administration:
. Maintain the employee attendance in time management system and
generate the attendance report for the salary process.
. To coordinate with the finance for monthly payroll system, make
necessary entries for new joiners' etc.
. Updating bank account details of the Employees in Zing HR.
HR-Administration and Welfare:
. Bank account opening, ID card coordination, sending details to the
support staff.
. Verification of documents/professional verification of new joined.
. Clarify the employee grievance and various issues /queries on leave
policy, salary payment etc.
. Keep regular tracks on Employee's Birthday/Anniversary/Employee-
Anniversary
. Maintain & update the weekly/monthly MIS Report, HR files and
employee information in various reports like employee master data,
Ops HR/ Sales HR sheet etc.
Full and Final Settlement and Exit Process:
. Conducting exit interview process for resigned, quit/terminated
employees.
. Analyzed the issue by giving warning through verbally or written by
issuing warning letter till termination of employee due to
continuous absenteeism, no prior intimation before taking leaves,
unable to reach assigned targets, lack of responsibility etc.
. Coordinate & manage the full & final settlement with the help of
finance division and sending circular to other departments at the
time of relieving of an employee.
