Overview: KBMS is a knowledge base management product is a web based
product which helps several organizations in the global environment to
share their knowledge, to preserve their knowledge and exchange of
knowledge from both ways. Users can maintain a repository of books and they
can maintain all the information of the books and published white papers
from the web. They can search their repository and they can see all the
information of the selected books .They can contact different organizations
and they can search for the materials, white papers, research materials in
their repositories, but with an established network and permissions.
Similarly other research institutes they can contact other repositories for
the white papers e.t.c.They can store the information of the books in the
repository with the help of LOC which provides the basic information of the
books so that they can be converted and copied into readable format.
Similarly they can maintain the books that were lend to other organizations
or Borrowed from other institutes. The users can configure the servers from
different countries and they can search the selected white papers,
materials e.t.c. The user can create Different departments in the
organization and he can define an hierarchy of departments and he can
maintain the books allocated to each department and he can maintain the
information of each department. The user has the flexibility to store E-

status online .If anyone wants to approach the administrator to become a
faculty he can approach them online and later personally. At the same time
the administrator can scrutinize the persons who approached to become a
faculty member and they can intimate to the concerned persons. The faculty
as well as the student's information can be saved and can be edited .The
status of the faculty members and their availability can be seen online
thus making allocation more easy.Th availability of the type of courses,
fee details of the particular courses and the available seats for the
particular academic year can be seen online. Faculty members can be
reallocated to particular center basic on the availability and need online.
