WORK EXPERIENCE

Mechanical Assembler

Woodward Inc, - Rockford, IL

Responsibilities

I assemble several different airplane controls and I disassemble and fix the controls when they do not pass

test. I have trained employees in my area.

Accomplishments

I am trained and certified on several different controls. My job code is level two.

Skills Used

The tools I use are screw guns, wire strippers, pin crimpers, torque wrenches (in and ft lbs), calipers, outside

micrometer, depth micrometer, I read blue prints, engineer drawings and check milliohm bonding.

Assembler

Adecco temporary service - Rockford, IL - July 2005 to April 2007

Responsibilities

I was working at Woodward Inc. Through Adecco. I assembled medical valves and Fuel Metering Valve

controls.

Accomplishments

I was trained and certified on several differrent controls.

Skills Used

The tools I used were screw guns, torque wrenches, (in and ft lbs), calipers, wire stripper, pin crimper, outside

micrometer, depth micrometer and I read blue prints.

Assembler

Responsibilities

I assembled numerous parts into the front and rear doors of automobiles.

Accomplishments

I was trained on different jobs and made good time.

Skills Used

These are the parts I assembeled inside the doors, dust foam, wire harness, lock knob, window crank, bolster

foam, bolster, and window regulators. I knew how to read the blue prints and production sheets.

Machine Operator and Motor Assembler

Responsibilities

I set up and ran several machines and assembled the front endbells and motors.

Accomplishments

When I worked in the winding cell, finishing cell, tester and motor line I knew how to set up, operate and

assemble every thing in my area. If the motors did not pass test, I would tear them down and fix them.

The tools were screw guns, torque wrenches, wire strippers, solder, allen wrenches and loctite. I knew how

to read blue prints and production sheets.
