The Client is a US-based nutritional product development company

incorporated in Delaware and headquartered in Florida. They cater

high quality and specially formulated health products in the health

and wellness industry leading to a better way of life and ensuring

health and better lifestyle.

The project delivers the management with a unique reporting model to

analyze and track customer care agent's performance on retaining

customers and helps in better Agent compensation planning.

As a developer, I am responsible for understanding the reporting

requirements, analysis, design and development of the customer care

reporting dashboards. Responsibilities include

Involved in design and development of star schemas for the Customer

Care Reporting data mart, building database scripts using SQL/Toad

used for OBIEE reports/dashboards.

Involved in the design and build of informatica mappings and

workflows to process data into data mart.

Design and Develop subject areas using OBIEE Administration Tool.

Assigning data level and object level security privileges and

permissions to specific groups and users.

Involved in design and development of various types of Reports using

Oracle BI Answers and embedded into dashboards.

Configuring Scheduled iBots for delivering Alerts.

Involved in improving the performance of the processes by analyzing

and tuning the database schema and repository metadata.

Creating and executing unit test plans and test cases.
