. Administering meds to mentally ill patients in a locked psychiatric

unit. Chart checks on all patients for any new orders or changes. Attending

treatment team meetings with RNs. Assisting with admission process.

Taking telephone orders from doctors. Preparing and putting the chart

together for new admissions. Documenting in nurses notes on assigned

patients. Observing patients during visiting hours. Physically restraining

combative patients for overall safety of the unit. Administering injections
