Description: The United Services Automobile Association (USAA) is a
Texas-based Fortune 500 diversified financial services group of
companies offering banking, investing, and insurance to people and
families that serve, or served, in the United States military.
USAA purchased multiple salesforce instances defined to be used
for several of its sectors. The infrastructure and framework would
include in different kind of components, utility classes and reusable
code that is defined to be used across all the applications running on
force.com platform. Any exceptions that may occur on salesforce.com
platform were transferred to splunk logs through web services. Client
has appreciated the enhanced model to overcome salesforce limitations
on web service callouts by redesigning using Outbound Message
handling.

survey for the highly customizable design.

of the SFA implementation, Wolters Kluwer has identified a need to

products. The Partner Portal is an automation application for
marketing system that is used for tracking all the leads,
opportunities, products, services, commissions, payments of an
organization and its partners with custom built logics.
The application monitors all the sales and marketing of the
organizations products.
The application provides a communication system set up inside which is
helpful to increase the relationship with the customers and sales
representatives in the organization allowing the users to send
messages, emails, file etc within the organization to keep track of
the business.
The application allows the administrators to assign leads to their
partners and track all their activities.

them to all the users in the organization at a time. The users can

application provides a very god look and feel user interface.

Description: American Express Company, also known as AmEx, is an
American multinational financial services corporation.
The application is used to sync the data between salesforce.com
instance and Medallia, which is an on-demand survey tool. The
application is scheduled to pull data from Medallia and store data
into salesforce for certain time intervals. Any data changes in the
salesforce will be pushed to Medallia.
The data integration is two way and keep the data sync between
Salesforce and Medallia implemented using http callouts.
