1. Project Title: USAA Infrastructure Framework and Splunk Integration

Client: United Services Automobile and Association (www.usaa.com)

Technology: Salesforce configuration and development including

workflow rules, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Sites,

Email services, Inbound and Outbound Email Handling, Web

Services etc.

Tools: Eclipse, Snapshot, Splunk, Webservices, Message Queue,

Description: The United Services Automobile Association (USAA) is a

Texas-based Fortune 500 diversified financial services group of

companies offering banking, investing, and insurance to people and

families that serve, or served, in the United States military.

USAA purchased multiple salesforce instances defined to be used

for several of its sectors. The infrastructure and framework would

include in different kind of components, utility classes and reusable

code that is defined to be used across all the applications running on

force.com platform. Any exceptions that may occur on salesforce.com

platform were transferred to splunk logs through web services. Client

has appreciated the enhanced model to overcome salesforce limitations

on web service callouts by redesigning using Outbound Message

handling.

People / Organization with rating ranging from 1 to 5. Unit manager

can run report on the overall feedbacks given by his subordinates only

to ensure security.

This application has received 5/5 rating in the customer satisfaction

survey for the highly customizable design.

Management, Account and Contact Management with extended force.com

capabilities. The custom cloud implementation for addressing below

issues using apex and visualforce were to Integrate salesforce.com

with CRM portal through web services, Prospects (Pre Leads)

identification and promoting them to leads, Assigning the Pre Leads to

the defined channels based on the location criteria and automation.

Description: Wolters Kluwer is a global information services and

publishing company. Wolters Kluwer's current CRM solution is a

combination of multiple Saleslogix systems. Wolters Kluwer also in

the process of replacing legacy order managements systems OMS, AMS and

VISTA with SAP in phased manner. The goal is to replace CRM systems

with Salesforce.com and integrate with SAP, ICADMIN, STAR and other

ancillary systems for key sales processes in a phased rollout. As part

of the SFA implementation, Wolters Kluwer has identified a need to

automate business processes on salesforce.com platform and customize

platform and integrate with Wolters Kluwer SAP application to login

orders generated from Salesforce.com against Closed / Won

opportunities

Description: Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. is an American

technology company specializing in data and storage networking

products. The Partner Portal is an automation application for

marketing system that is used for tracking all the leads,

opportunities, products, services, commissions, payments of an

organization and its partners with custom built logics.

The application monitors all the sales and marketing of the

organizations products.

The application provides a communication system set up inside which is

helpful to increase the relationship with the customers and sales

representatives in the organization allowing the users to send

messages, emails, file etc within the organization to keep track of

the business.

The application allows the administrators to assign leads to their

partners and track all their activities.

7. Project Title: Sales Congo Training Automation

Description : The application allows any organization easily monitor

and manage Recruitment Process, Event Management process, Resource

Management, Comply Tracker, Online Tests and Report Generation. The

application also builds reports and dashboards for monitoring all the

developments and provides a special communication channel for better

communication.

The administrator can organize Events, Comply Plans and announce

them to all the users in the organization at a time. The users can

also track and follow the events, compensation plans etc. The

application provides a very god look and feel user interface.

8. Project Title : Medallia to Salesforce integration

Client: American Express (www.americanexpress.com)

Technology: Salesforce configuration and development including

workflow rules, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce pages, API

access etc.

Tools: Eclipse, Data Loader.

Description: American Express Company, also known as AmEx, is an

American multinational financial services corporation.

The application is used to sync the data between salesforce.com

instance and Medallia, which is an on-demand survey tool. The

application is scheduled to pull data from Medallia and store data

into salesforce for certain time intervals. Any data changes in the

salesforce will be pushed to Medallia.

The data integration is two way and keep the data sync between

Salesforce and Medallia implemented using http callouts.

9. Project Title: Raiser's Edge and Salesforce Integration

Client: Waterford Institutions

Technology: Salesforce configuration and development including

workflow rules, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce pages, API

access etc.

Tools: Eclipse, Data Loader.

Description: The application is setup in Informaticaondemand.com which

provides on demand integration service. The application is set up in

the informatica cloud which is scheduled to pull the data from the

Raiser's Edge and push it to Salesforce at regular intervals.

Informatica access salesforce data using API specifications.
