SUMMARY
With over twenty years in project controls, including
Africa based project experience, I have held every
position and am equally skilled at all. I have worked on
small projects and large ones, foreign and domestic, and
am a team leader. Most of my work has been for EPCMs but I
have also worked for the construction contractor. My
skills in preparing project control plans and detailed
staffing utilization and also presenting/communicating
these plans are well developed in a wide variety of
projects, including expert level-usage of planning
software. My "people" experience includes both
supervision and mentoring. If having a safe project that
comes in on time and under budget is important to you then
I am the person for the job.
