Professional Biography

Objective: Seek professional sales position in the area of sales, advertising, finance,or home

improvements opportunity to move into management. I have been in professional sales for

over 30+ years. I have generated over $30 million dollars and over 50,000 thousand sales. I

have created over 500 new accounts in advertising yellow pages advertising.I have

refinanced over 350 homes with loan volume in excess of $15 million dollars.

Professional History:

Window World: Sell windows directly to residential homeowners in 75 mile radius.

I sold home improvement products: Windows and doors directly to home owners. I had a

closing ratio of over 65%. First year sales projected at $800,000. Madison Is up over 160%

since joining the firm. June 2014 till December 2014. This was seasonal sales and service

work.

First Wisconsin Mortgage: Functioned as a loan officer in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

Prospected for new business via telemarketing, completed applications, ran credit reports,

worked with appraisers and loan processing and clearing departments. I ran appointments,

collected signatures and income documentsas well as title information. I found agreement

and covered loan details and answered client questions. I attended final closing in Madison

and Milwaukee. March 2006 till June 2014. Specialized in refinance market. Loan volume

exceeded $15 million.

Berry Company/AT&T Publishing Division:The Function as yellow pages advertising

account executive in several markets. Including Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, South

Dakota, Indiana, California, New York & North Carolina. I sold yellow pages advertising in

these markets and was awarded “Executive Club” for being in the top 10% companywide 3

times. I sold and upgraded thousands of accounts and prospected for new business. I added

150 new accounts per year on average. October 2003 till February 2006. Annual sales

approximately $3 million.
