ABOUT ME :

I have more than 12 years of experiences in HR. I have worked with Synergia

Group until 2011 because the company has bankrupt. The Group has 1 holding

company in Manufacturing and 2 subsidiaries which business are Construction

and Consultant of Engineering. I was responsibile for all holding and

subsidiaries and manage 2100 employees at all business operation.

Then I worked at Tripar MVP as Senior HRD Manager and the company had low

business and restructuring for the employees. Since September 2013 until

now, i am working in a local and private company at Hartono Raya Motor

Group, as HRD Corporate Manager.
