Nokia. These applications are used by HWS business
across the globe.
External Workforce Management Program – A Software
as a Service (SaaS) solution was implemented. The
solution is built on Java and Oracle DB by Fieldglass. It
supports the end to end process for managing external
workforce across the globe. This tool support Nokia’s
external workers sourcing to the tune of 10K in
numbers and hundreds of million Euros in spending.
These programs had been delivered using Nokia’s project
management methodology which is primarily based on the
concepts of SDLC and PMBOK of PMI.
