Property Management responsibilities of the Pines at Tuttle Crossing
Apartments, a 614 unit property consisting of three phases, including
134 new construction acceptance and 480 existing units which are 15 +
years old.
- Responsible for attracting residents by creatively advertising
vacancies, obtaining referrals from current residents, explaining
advantages of property location and services, showing units as
required, and making a "one-on-one" connection with future residents in
order to gain their confidence and trust.
- Accountable for meeting company financial objectives by collecting rent
on time, prompt processing of account receivables, negotiating vendor
discounts when available, forecasting budget requirements, forecasting
long term expenditures, analyzing budget variances monthly, and
