My career path can be encapsulated by the notion that customer service and retention and an effective sales
process are the best indicators for a good business model. I graduated from Stephen F Austin
State University, in 2010. While there is no better teacher than experience, my degree did help me assimilate
slightly to what I was about to endure when making the transition to the job market. These experiences have
