CAREER EXPERIENCE
Implemented an applicant tracking system (ATS) iCIMS™ in 24 domestic locations in 6 months.
Integrated processes and formed HR Shared Services department that included automation of assessments,
new hire data entry into ADP®, WOTC process, I-9 through E-verify process, cost per hire, cost per source
and criminal background screenings as a part of the ATS and a fully automated system solution.
Worked for both publically traded and privately held companies supporting 50,000 to 4,000 employees and
from 1.4B to 121M in annual revenue.
Chaired the strategy committee assigned with developing a compensation and benefits strategy for
employees at all levels of the organization. Final output included a rich health and benefit package that was
supplemented by alternative benefits at a reduced cost by leveraging economies of scale (example
telemedicine).
Managed full human resources and payroll integration after the acquisition of two companies and a merge of
three companies into one.
Designed benefit programs to include health and wellness with a company contribution and all voluntary
employee-paid benefit packages, open enrollment communications and required compliance notifications.
Developed a data driven HR/Recruiting dashboard with metrics, key performance indicators, early
intervention indicators and percent to goal tracking.
Developed curriculum for company-wide employee engagement, performance enhancement and manager
development training.
Conceived and implemented a solution for managing compensable time and potential DOL compliance
violations dealing with principle work activity occurring before a time punch registered in the system.
