Career Goal: I am seeking an internship in an industry or organization where I can apply my

mathematical knowledge and my analytical/problem-solving abilities. I have augmented my

mathematical studies with courses in computer science and I am interested in finding a position

where I can combine mathematical analysis with numerical simulations.

Maintained full academic schedule while working average of 20 hours per week

COMPUTER SKILLS:

*Proficient with MS Office, Windows, turbo pascal, C and the Internet.

*Basic understanding of the program Microsoft Excel, R and the computer language C++

FOREIGN LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Competent and proficient in using the French language both verbally and written.

Utilized the French language in and out of the school environment.

Work EXPERIENCE:

*Worked with other students to accomplish assigned tasks in a team environment

*worked as a mathematic tutor in high school (4hours per week).

*HHA (Home Health Aid) provided care to the elderly, disabled and injured who would like to

live in their homes but still need assistance with their daily activities.

Activities: I am a member of the actuary club, the Undergraduate Mathematics Club. I have

participated in several outreach activities sponsored by this club. I play and enjoy soccer.

Volunteer Work: I was a volunteer mathematics and French tutor at a middle school (five hours

per week) during the academic year, 2011-2012.
