. I am working for IBM in American Express Project from July 2012 to Jan

2013 in Bank Project. I have contributed my work for POSHS Metal Industries

from Feb 2013 to November 2013 in Manufacturing domain. Currently I am

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility comprises of Project Reporting, Document Analysis,

Questioning and Suggestions to the client and day to day operations of the

I have contributed my works for POSHS Metal Industries . Where we

provided solution to automate the process which reduce the time and human

innervation. As well as it increase productivity and it is cost effective.

We used Enterprise Process Protocol System to implement this. It is

software solution that address all the needs of enterprise with the process

view of an organization goals & integrate all the functions of the

enterprise.

Contribution:

Worked in different modules like Human Resource management system, Fiance

Discrption:

Consumer landing Solution Centre project will enable existing SunTrust

clients and prospects (new customers to SunTrust) to apply for different

kinds of consumer loans through New Account Centre. And to review the

document for Loan application .To comply with new rules he CEPB Qualified

Mortgage and National Servicing Banking Servicing Standard,as SunTrust

must implement certain technology and process changes . One of the

requirements of Qualified Manager is to retain all documents to include all

income an employment document for the life of loan plus 7 year. It is not

possible to constantly meet this requirement with the current right Fax to

image manual process. Upgrading to an imaging solution will ensure that the

bank meet tis document storage requirement. Document must be imaged within

3 days of receipt for single point of contact.

Description:

The Global Dispute Management (GDM) application has been developed using

PRPC to help the American Express to set up and deal with Card Member

Disputes for all non US, JAPA markets. With a vision to create a single

global application for handling dispute, the first release of the

application deals with ISSUER part of credit card life cycle. And then in

the second phase the application is developed for the ACQUIRER side of the

markets. It does interact with various other business and network partners

to cater information to set up a case and handle the disputes. This is

achieved through various Service level and Database calls. It interacts

with GNS (Global Network System), OPSNET, Globestar, Communication Utility,

Genesis & Imaging at different stages of Credit card dispute Life Cycle.

The Dispute life cycle follows several activities like setting up of the

cases, Retrieval Request (RR), Fulfillment (FF), First Charge Back (CB),

Second Presentment (2P), Second Charge Back or Final Charge Back (FCB) &

Arbitration/Good Faith.
